The Story of the Body and Evolution in 50min, and lots of other stuff.

A landscape shifting between dream and reality with and about the Body.

In 2007 and 2008 I was part of a group that practiced the somatic techiniques of Body-Mind Centering for one and half years. Our initial desire was just to work with our bodies, but eventually we ended up doing a performance as well. While Riding the Path, I Looked Up; a Bird was performed at Z in Motion -dance festival at Zodiak – Center for New Dance in Helsinki, in May 2008. It was so far the only piece in which I have performed as a dancer.
