Helsinki by Night Radio is a sonic radio piece that approaches history as myths. It was composed for the tenth anniversary of Reality Research Center and it revoelcves around stories people tell about the company. The piece was a dream of the musician Timo Oiva and I helped him by direction.

Ten years ago a group of Helsinki-based theatre artists concluded that no-one seemed to know what reality is. They decided to found Reality Research Center, which has ever since worked as a laboratory of reality and it’s performance. What is this intriguing project about? What has actually happened? What is reality research like in practice? We went to search for the answers from the subconscious of Helsinki and found stories from the darkening city, from the borders of the unknown.
